Ohakea 2008+

I am frequently to be found trawling through old photos looking for something specific, or perhaps looking to update a watermark before sharing somewhere. It was the latter case, recently, when I spotted a bunch of photos I took at RNZAF Base Ohakea Open Day, 2008.

Here is just a taster of some of the never-before-published photos.

De Havilland DH.82A Tiger Moth, NZ662, trundles past the crowd with a wave from the silk-scarfed pilot.
North American T-28C Trojan, ZK-JGS, with tail hook down and undercarriage on the way up.
Yakovlev Yak-52s, (L to R) ZK-YAQ, ZK-ZAY, ZK-LIZ, ZK-YAK, ZK-PTE, and ZK-KGB about to complete a formation loop.
RAAF General Dynamics F-111C, A8-132, streaks by on a high speed pass.

If you want more, check out the 30 new photos, or the complete set of 152!
